1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Patriotic Pig Smokehouse (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of our website and any purchases, catering bookings, or communications with us. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide restaurant dining services, online ordering, and catering services (including weddings, corporate, and private events), subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payments

Restaurant and online orders are due at the time of purchase. If an error occurs with your order, remedies (replacement or correction) are issued at our discretion.

4. Catering Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. An event date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Due to staffing commitments, food procurement, equipment allocation, and scheduling logistics, once an event is booked we immediately begin reserving labor, inventory, and resources for your event date.

5. Catering Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for catering deposits or payments.

If a catering event is canceled for any reason, all deposits and payments made will be converted to a store-issued gift card. Gift cards may be used toward future catering services or restaurant purchases, are non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards will comply with applicable Texas law.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter. In the event of a chargeback, we may provide signed contracts, invoices, policy acknowledgments, and communications to the payment processor. Fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Food Allergies

Customers are responsible for notifying us in writing of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Our kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

8. Payment Processing

Payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party processors. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tarrant County, Texas.

We may collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, billing and event details, and payment information (processed by secure third parties). We may also collect technical data such as IP address and browser type.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to process orders and catering bookings, communicate regarding events, provide customer service, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use service providers including RingCentral (SMS communications), 17Hats (lead forms & CRM), payment processors, and website analytics providers. These providers use data solely to perform services on our behalf.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, no online transmission is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Program Description

Patriotic Pig Smokehouse sends SMS/text messages for conversational and informational purposes only, including responding to catering inquiries, event coordination, order confirmations, delivery updates, and customer service communications. We do not send promotional or marketing text campaigns. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.

Consent

By providing your phone number through our website (including embedded third-party forms such as 17Hats), catering agreements, online ordering, or direct communication with our business, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or order. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
